윤 대통령, 4박 6일 사우디·카타르 순방 마치고 귀국
윤석열 대통령이 26일 사우디아라비아와 카타르 국빈 방문을 마치고 귀국했다.
윤 대통령은 이날 부인 김건희 여사와 대통령 전용기인 공군 1호기 편으로 성남 서울공항을 통해 입국했다.
윤 대통령은 지난 21일부터4박 6일간 한국 정상으로는 처음 이들 국가를 국빈 자격으로 방문했다.
윤 대통령은 사우디에서는 빈 살만 왕세자 겸 총리와 회담을 하고 공동성명을 채택했다. 이를 통해 국방·방산·대테러 협력 강화 등에 합의했다. 사우디의 친환경 스마트 신도시 건설 프로젝트,윤대통령박일사우디카타르순방마치고귀국 ‘네옴시티’ 수주전도 펼쳤다.

카타르에서는 타밈 빈 하마드 알사니 카타르 국왕과 정상회담을 통해 두 나라 관계를 포괄적 전략 동반자 관계로 격상시켰다. 국방·방산 분야까지 협력을 확대하기로 했다.
윤 대통령은 이번 순방을 계기로 총 202억 달러(27조3000억원) 규모의 계약과 양해각서(MOU)를 체결했다.
귀국한 윤 대통령은 곧장 사우디·카타르 순방 성과 후속 조치에 나설 것으로 보인다.
